Eric Bana stars as Mark 'Chopper' Read in this tale of the life and times of the notorious Australian criminal. In 1978, Chopper is serving time for kidnapping a judge but prison can't control him. He murders a fellow inmate before an attempt is made on his own life by his best friend. Upon his release he is looking for revenge, but this eccentric killer proves himself to be both likeable and funny. Amidst all the murder and mayhem around him, Chopper went on to become a best-selling author. Contains strong violence, coarse language, flashing images and drugs use.
